What I liked: the product perfectly removes makeup, including from the eyes, the first time, it is conveniently applied and washed off. What I disliked: Unaccustomed feeling of hydration of the skin. Although it does not remain oily, the feeling of a film is still there. Plus I noticed slight irritation after a week of use and clogged pores. But if I cannot associate the occurrence of small pimples with the use of the L’Occitane cleansing oil, then clogged pores are clearly its job.

According to the manufacturer, the system for cleansing the skin gently removes impurities, tightens pores, soothes, relieves tightness, makes the skin glow and fresh.

These two products interact with each other to form a milky emulsion. After mixing the oil and phytoactive on your face, simply wash it off with plenty of cool water. I got Phytoactive Sensitive for sensitive skin, containing phytoextracts of linden, hops and lemon balm. After use, there was neither irritation nor redness – the skin, on the contrary, became a little paler. For me personally, this is a plus, since I am a “happy” owner of rosacea.

What I liked: the products really cleanse the skin very well, do not form a greasy film on the face and at the same time moisturize. After washing, the skin is soft like a baby’s. What did not like: the washing process is quite laborious and unusual for me personally. In addition, it is extremely inconvenient to wash off eye makeup in this way: after applying the oil to the entire face and eyes, the subsequent use of the phytoactive becomes very problematic.

– With the onset of summer, I decided to conduct an experiment and for some time abandon the use of most cosmetics (including cleansing) in order to allow the skin to rest and recover. However, for our regular “Wday Tests” column, it was necessary to experience the effect of a make-up remover, and I got a product from the Kanebo Sensai cosmetic brand. Well, let’s see if it is really good and whether it was worth interrupting our summer experiment for the sake of it.

حقيقت I think that I would quite calmly walk past the shelves with this tool, without even looking in his direction. And, by the way, it would be wrong! As it turned out, the Japanese brand Kanebo Sensai has developed a special line for Europe, suitable for sensitive skin types. Yes, yes, in ubiquitous Japan there is no Sensai line, it can be found exclusively in European countries. But back to the product.

I spent the whole day setting myself up that in the evening I would need to drip the cleanser onto a cotton pad and rub it (if not until it turns blue, then for a very long time) my eyes, hoping to get rid of mascara, so as not to injure the delicate skin of the eyelids and not experience feeling of discomfort. And what was my surprise when I applied a cotton pad to my eyelid, held it for a while and, without much effort, just got rid of the makeup. I didn’t even have to rub my eyes and change cotton pads! But I was even more pleased with the fact that the product does not sting the eyes. At all! Before use, the bottle must be shaken so that the two completely transparent phases are mixed and after that the procedure can be carried out. The product does not leave greasy marks, gently cleanses and cares for, and also, as I already wrote, does not deliver any unpleasant sensations. A bottle of 100 ml is enough for 2-3 weeks of daily use.

Another fact that convinced me that I was right: this gentle two-phase make-up remover can be safely taken with you on the plane. And you can be sure that it will not spill, because the manufacturers have made sure that the packaging is not only stylish, but also reliable.

I also wondered how the oil would behave when removing makeup … Somehow, I had never associated cleanser with oil before. Well, I’m ready to responsibly declare that this form of release is very good. I think it was thanks to the oil that after rinsing, a very pleasant feeling of comfort, hydration and softness remained on the face. As after applying the cream. Well, in general, the oil itself is pleasant in consistency and it is especially pleasant to massage your face with it. By the way, as soon as the oil meets the skin and water, it turns into white milk! As a child, I was very happy with this trick when I washed my face with it for the first time. The tool removes makeup, in principle, not bad, but I have complaints about the bottle. When pressed, the oil shoots sharply and spreads over the palms, you barely have time to catch it. While I was using the oil, I realized that a spray form would be ideal – spray it on my face, massage it and rinse it off! Hey manufacturers, I give you this super idea (or has someone already implemented it?).

The eyes begin to water. It turns out that it is better to avoid using such tools if you sit and stare at the computer all day. Or on such days it is worth choosing non-waterproof mascaras …

But there is also a plus. In the morning, the skin around the eyes feels soft and hydrated. But I already like these sensations.

– Every girl has her own favorites in the world of cosmetic brands. I am a true fan of the Erborian brand. Facial cleansers, narrowing pores, BB creams … I like everything in the products of the Korean brand: from the fragrance to the result. However, this is the first time I have encountered the Erborian cleansing oil. But overall, I was very pleased.

Doubts that the matter was in cosmetics crept in when I removed the liquid eyeliner along with the mascara. The tool again first smudged it powerfully around my eyes, and only then, in four steps, I managed to get rid of the makeup.

In the end, however, I am quite satisfied. The tool copes with the task, it is quite pleasant to use: a delicate aroma, not an oily consistency. I didn’t want to wash after makeup remover. I didn’t even bother to apply eye care – it seemed that the skin was already moisturized.
